Bio
Victoria María Castells is a Cuban American writer from Miami, Florida. She holds a BA in English from Duke University, and an MFA in Creative Writing and MA in English from McNeese State University.
Her poems have appeared in The Journal, Stonecoast Review, Tinderbox Poetry Journal, Notre Dame Review, Quarter After Eight, and Reservoir. She received a Pushcart Prize nomination for her short story "Boy Bands," which was published in The Florida Review. Her book of poems, The River Are Inside Our Homes, has recently been published by the University of Notre Dame Press.
